Plan-Your-Own Disney Experience
Employees may qualify for subsidies to help make their own family Disney vacation more affordable.
If you’ve been wanting to take your family to Disney World but didn’t think you could afford it, we’d like to help you make that dream a reality.
To take advantage of this program, you have to do a few things… all of which are geared around ensuring that you get the best possible Disney experience.
You must stay on Disney Property at one of the “official” Disney resorts.
You must visit Disney Parks for at least two days.
You must use the My Disney Experience App and Magic Bands/Magic Mobile.
Plan to take your vacation time and contact one of our partner travel agents and let them walk you through the steps to make the most of your Disney experience, and to make the most of the travel assistance we have to offer!
If you check off all those boxes, you qualify for the following vacation assistance:
Lake Charles Toyota will pay for the following qualifying expenses (up to the maximum limits described in Terms and Conditions):
Disney Package price which includes your park tickets and your lodging.
A Magic Band + for each guest.
A Disney Dining Plan for each guest..
Disney Genie + for each guest for each day of park visits.
Lake Charles Toyota will provide a Toyota Sienna and cargo trailer free of charge if you choose to drive.
Lake Charles Toyota will front the money for the entire trip and payroll deduct the employee’s portion over the course of a maximum of three months.
Terms and Conditions:
Employee must have 12 months tenure, must have earned sufficient vacation, and use it for this trip like normal vacation.
Vacation must be approved by your department head as normal.
Other Disney first-party experiences besides Walt Disney World, such as visiting Disneyland, taking a Disney Cruise or an Adventure by Disney may qualify for this subsidy, but must be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Employees may apply for this vacation assistance once per calendar year.
All vacation assistance must be approved in advance by a Tarver before the trip is booked.
Maximum subsidy benefit amount is $1,000.00 for staff members who are eligible for the lottery, or $3,000.00 for department heads who are not eligible for the lottery.
