The Disney Experience Lottery
Employees may win a three night all-expense-paid family trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.
The trip consists of a three night stay at Bay Lake Tower Resort in a One-Bedroom Villa with Theme Park View (or equivalent accommodation) for up to five members of your household. Two day park tickets, air fare, dining plans, and additional paid vacation time for the employee are included.
Trip winner will be chosen quarterly by lottery, which will take place each quarter at the “Be Our Guest” family party. Attendance is not required to win, but there’s just no reason to pass up free food and some entertainment for the kids so you might as well come!
Terms and Conditions:
All full-time employees with 12 months tenure are eligible.
An employee cannot win more than once.
Trip must be scheduled during approved time windows.
Trip includes two extra paid vacation days for the employee and must be scheduled to include the winner’s regular day off, and a Sunday.
Employee may pay additional costs to upgrade park tickets, upgrade flight accommodations, bring additional guests, purchase additional fast passes, etc. but any changes must be approved by a Tarver and coordinated through our approved Travel Agent partners.
Additional vacation time may not be used to extend this trip.
Only members of the winning employee’s actual household (permanently reside with the employee) plus children and grandchildren of the winning employee (even if they do not live in the employee’s household) are eligible to be guests on the trip. Any other exceptions must be requested of and approved by a Tarver.
Multiple members of the same household who are full time employees of LCT will each receive an entry into the lottery. If a member of a multi-employee household wins the lottery, all eligible employees in that household will receive the extra vacation time, and will go on the same trip. Multi-employee households who win the lottery will not be eligible to win subsequent lotteries. Simply put, households with multiple employees have a higher chance to win, but cannot win multiple times.
This trip has no cash value. You cannot cash out of it or exchange it for any other benefit. If you are unable or unwilling to take the trip as offered and during the prescribed time window, you may choose to decline the opportunity and be re-entered into subsequent lotteries.
