We have developed an employee incentive and enrichment program focused around the Disney guest experience. We feel like the best way to equip our staff to deliver the quality service we desire to each and every one of our customers is for the staff to experience that quality service themselves.
The Disney Experience Lottery
Employees may win an all-expense-paid family trip to Walt Disney World.
Enjoy a three night stay at the luxurious Bay Lake Tower Resort in a One-Bedroom Villa with Theme Park View (or equivalent) for up to five guests. Park tickets, air fare, and additional paid vacation time are included. A trip will be awarded each quarter by lottery. All Full-time employees with 12 months tenure are eligible to win.
Plan-Your-Own Disney Vacation
Employees may qualify for subsidies to help make their own family Disney vacation more affordable.
When an employee uses one of our partner Disney Travel Agents to plan a qualifying vacation, Lake Charles Toyota will reimburse the employee for a portion of their park tickets and a Magic Band for each guest, and provide complimentary use of a Toyota Sienna and cargo trailer.
The Disney Institute
Employees may participate in Disney Institute online training paid for by Lake Charles Toyota.
Employees who choose to pursue personal professional development via Disney Institute Online Training may qualify for 100% reimbursement and become eligible to attend in-person all-expense-paid instructor-led training at Walt Disney World.
“Be Our Guest” Employee and Family Parties
Employees may attend a quarterly casual and fun “Be Our Guest” family dinner hosted by the Tarvers.
These events will be hosted by the Tarvers and will include dinner, music, and entertainment for kids. The “main event” at this dinner will be the drawing of the quarterly lottery winner for the free trip to Walt Disney World.
The first “Be Our Guest” Party is scheduled for Saturday, March 20th! (Party location TBA.)
